Job Description
  1. Assist the Account Manager in managing client accounts and relationships

  2. Prepare and maintain financial records, invoices, and reports

  3. Coordinate with internal departments (sales, finance, operations) for smooth client service

  4. Monitor payments, follow up on outstanding invoices, and manage billing

  5. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

  6. Communicate with clients to address inquiries and resolve issues

  7.  Coordinate internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client deliverables

  8. Knowledge of VAT and IRD (Inland Revenue Department)
