1.      Support NSC to do Market analysis,

2.      Assist National Sales Coordinator to plan and execute the sales plan,

3.      Support NSC to develop new schemes or product ranges for new sales development and communicate the same with the team.

Core Responsibility:

1.      Identify and fulfill gaps in the market and develop new Customers,

2.      Study and analyze sales reports generated from ERP,

3.      Evaluate lead customers, approaching prospects and converting them into our customers,

4.      Connect with customers to assess needs and product fit. Study Product Gaps and cross-sell and upsell our products to our current customers,

5.      Supervise and assist Sales representatives for Sales, timely collection of receivables, solving customer grievances and taking corrective action if required,

6.      Mentor and monitor the Sales Representative’s daily tasks, and progress, evaluate their performance, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.

Job Specification:

●       Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree / Master, Management Preferred

●       Experience: More than 2 years of Sales in (Automotive sector preferred)

●       Good communication, interpersonal, presentation, and reporting skills

●       Capable of working in MS Office package

●       Experience of working with an ERP preferred (not necessary)

●       track record of leading a team

●       Track record of financial disciplines maintained,

●       Availability to travel as needed,

●       Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
