Job Description

  1. Actively engage and interact with real users on the company’s app platform.

  2. Build friendly communication and maintain positive user relationships.

  3. Attend daily on-site training sessions to learn app operations and communication strategies.

  4. Work toward achieving daily engagement goals set by the company.

  5. Coordinate with the team and support overall platform growth.

  6. Maintain a professional attitude and positive communication skills.

  7. Successfully complete the training program to qualify for a Full-Time position.

Requirements

  1. Freshers only (No prior experience required).

  2. Android phone users are preferred (iPhone users are also welcome to apply).

  3. Must be able to attend daily training at the Naxal office.

Training & Shift Details

  1. 5-Day Intensive Training Program

  2. Timing: 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM

  3. Includes a 30-minute break and complimentary soft drinks.

This is promoted as a Remote Work Opportunity where you will engage digitally through the platform and 5 days office mandatory.

To help you get started professionally, the company provides a short-term offline training at the Naxal office.
