Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in various hotel operations such as housekeeping, kitchen, room service, front desk, or maintenance.

  • Perform cleaning tasks in guest rooms and public areas (sweeping, mopping, dusting, restocking supplies).

  • Support kitchen staff with basic food prep, dishwashing, or setting up dining areas.

  • Help with guest check-ins/outs or basic front desk duties (greeting, luggage assistance).

  • Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.

  • Perform basic maintenance or report issues to the relevant team.

  • Deliver room service orders or assist in setting up events and banquets.

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all working areas.

    Note: Lunch and dinner will be provided.
