Job Description

  1. Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.

  2. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

  3. Serve food and drinks to guests promptly while maintaining quality standards.

  4. Assist in setting up and clearing tables, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene.

  5. Provide menu guidance and suggest specials to enhance guest experience.

  6. Handle guest queries and complaints politely, ensuring satisfaction.

  7. Support other restaurant staff, including kitchen and bar teams, as needed.

  8. Maintain inventory of cutlery and supplies, reporting shortages to management.
