Job Description

  1. Provide polite and friendly service to guests.

  2. Take food and beverage orders and serve them on time.

  3. Keep tables, dining areas, and surroundings clean and well-presented.

  4. Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate service.

  5. Listen to guest feedback and assist to ensure guest satisfaction.

  6. Support during room service or outdoor events as needed.

  7. Assist in maintaining overall resort cleanliness and service standards.

  8. Take responsibility for daily stock, cleanliness, and reporting tasks.
