Order Management: Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen or bar.
Food & Beverage Handling: Serve meals and drinks according to established standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
Multi-Area Support: Assist across various areas—dining floor, bar, kitchen pass, and cleaning—as needed, depending on shift demands.
Cleanliness & Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness of the service area, tables, utensils, and overall environment per hygiene standards.
Billing & Payments: Present bills, handle payments accurately (cash/card), and balance transactions at the end of shifts.
Stock & Setup: Help with table setting, restocking supplies, and preparing service stations before and after service.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to ensure smooth service operations.
