Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of Indian and Continental dishes.

  • Handle overall kitchen operations during the night shift.

  • Ensure food is prepared according to quality, taste, and hygiene standards.

  • Manage food preparation, cooking, and basic kitchen organization.

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and cooking equipment.

  • Monitor ingredients and inform the concerned person when supplies are low.

  • Work efficiently and independently during the night shift.

    Duty Hour: 5 Hours

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant cooking experience.

  • Good knowledge and practical skills in Indian and Continental cuisine.

  • Ability to work independently and manage kitchen responsibilities.

  • Good hygiene, discipline, and time-management skills.

  • Willingness to work night hours.
