Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.

  2. Handle food preparation tasks including cutting, chopping, marinating, seasoning, and portioning.

  3. Ensure food is fresh, properly cooked, well-presented, and served on time.

  4. Maintain consistent taste, quality, portion control, and presentation of all dishes.

  5. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, equipment, utensils, and work areas.

  6. Monitor food supplies, ensure proper storage, and minimize food wastage.

  7. Coordinate with the Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
