Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Fast Food, Chicken Wings, Spaghetti, Pasta, Burger, Sandwich, Fries लगायतका विभिन्न परिकारहरू standard recipe अनुसार तयार गर्ने।

  2. ग्राहकको अर्डरअनुसार खाना सही स्वाद, मात्रा, गुणस्तर र समयमा तयार गरी प्रस्तुत गर्ने।

  3. Chicken तथा अन्य food items को cutting, cleaning, marinating, seasoning, frying, grilling लगायतका food preparation काम गर्ने।

  4. Kitchen मा आवश्यक ingredients, sauces तथा raw materials को stock र freshness जाँच गरी कमी भएमा जानकारी गराउने।

  5. Fryer, grill, oven, stove लगायतका kitchen equipment सुरक्षित र सही तरिकाले प्रयोग गर्ने।

  6. Food hygiene, safety तथा cleanliness मापदण्ड पालना गर्दै kitchen, utensils र equipment सफा तथा व्यवस्थित राख्ने।

  7. Busy hours मा छिटो, व्यवस्थित र team-oriented रूपमा काम गर्दै kitchen को दैनिक सञ्चालनमा आवश्यक सहयोग गर्ने।

  8. अनुभवी, मेहनती, इमानदार, जिम्मेवार र समयनिष्ठ भई restaurant को नियम तथा food quality standards पालना गर्ने।

    Duty Time: 10AM - 9PM
