Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and required standards.

  2. Handle food preparation, including washing, cutting, marinating, and portioning ingredients.

  3. Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, presentation, and hygiene.

  4. Manage kitchen cleanliness, including utensils, equipment, workstations, and storage areas.

  5. Monitor and maintain proper stock levels of ingredients and report shortages when required.

  6. Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations at all times.

  7. Assist with menu planning, daily kitchen operations, and other cooking duties as assigned.

    Note:

    Duty Hour: 8AM - 8PM
