Job Description

मुख्य जिम्मेवारीहरू:

  1. विभिन्न प्रकारका नेपाली, इन्डियन तथा अन्य परिकारहरू स्वादिष्ट र गुणस्तरीय रूपमा तयार गर्ने।

  2. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner तथा Snacks आवश्यकताअनुसार तयार गर्ने।

  3. खाना पकाउँदा Food Hygiene, Safety र Quality मापदण्ड पालना गर्ने।

  4. Kitchen, cooking equipment तथा भान्साका सामग्रीहरू सफा र व्यवस्थित राख्ने।

  5. खाद्य सामग्रीको स्टक जाँच गर्ने, सही भण्डारण गर्ने र wastage कम गर्ने।

  6. दैनिक मेनु तथा आवश्यकताअनुसार खाना तयार गर्ने र आवश्यक सामग्रीको जानकारी दिने।

  7. Kitchen Helper तथा अन्य staff सँग समन्वय गरी teamwork मा काम गर्ने।

  8. All-Rounder Cook को अनुभव भएका उम्मेदवारलाई प्राथमिकता दिइनेछ।
