Job Description

मुख्य जिम्मेवारीहरू:

  1. विभिन्न प्रकारका खाना तथा परिकारहरू मेनु र निर्धारित मापदण्डअनुसार स्वादिष्ट, गुणस्तरीय र समयमै तयार गर्ने।

  2. खाना पकाउने, तयारी गर्ने, काटछाँट गर्ने तथा आवश्यक सामग्रीको उचित व्यवस्थापन गर्ने।

  3. खाद्य सुरक्षा, सरसफाइ तथा स्वास्थ्यसम्बन्धी मापदण्डहरू कडाइका साथ पालना गर्ने।

  4. Kitchen Equipment तथा खाना पकाउने सामग्रीहरू सुरक्षित र सही तरिकाले प्रयोग गर्ने तथा सफा राख्ने।

  5. खाद्य सामग्रीको गुणस्तर र स्टकमा ध्यान दिने तथा आवश्यक सामग्रीको जानकारी सम्बन्धित व्यक्तिलाई दिने।

  6. Kitchen Team सँग समन्वय गरी व्यस्त समयमा पनि अर्डरहरू छिटो र प्रभावकारी रूपमा तयार गर्ने।

  7. भान्साको कार्यक्षेत्र सफा, व्यवस्थित र सुरक्षित राख्ने तथा खाद्य सामग्रीको अनावश्यक खेर जाने अवस्था न्यूनीकरण गर्ने।

    Note:

    Duty Hour: 10 hours including 1 hour break
