Multi-Cuisine सम्बन्धी ज्ञान भएको हुनुपर्ने।
आवश्यक सामग्री तथा कुकिङ इक्विपमेन्टसहित workstation तयार गर्ने।
तरकारी काट्ने, बोक्रा निकाल्ने, मासु काट्ने लगायत cooking preparation गर्ने।
विभिन्न भाँडा, चुलो वा grillers प्रयोग गरी खाना पकाउने।
पकिरहेको खाना समय–समयमा check गर्ने, चलाउने तथा फर्काउने।
ग्राहकलाई serve गर्नु अघि खाना आकर्षक तरिकाले सजाउने।
Kitchen लाई सधैं सफा, व्यवस्थित तथा hygienic राख्ने।
खाद्यान्न तथा अन्य सामानहरू सही तरिकाले store गर्ने।
ingredients को quality check गर्ने।
Stock monitor गर्ने तथा सामान कम भएमा order/place गर्ने।
Kitchen मा team सँग मिलेर all rounder रूपमा काम गर्ने।
