Job Description

  1. विभिन्न नेपाली र भारतीय परिकारहरू (दाल, भात, तरकारी, रोटी, करी, तन्दुरी आदि) तयार गर्ने

  2. मेनु अनुसार परिकारहरूको तयारी, पकाउने र प्रस्तुति गर्ने

  3. किचनको सरसफाइ र स्वास्थ्य–सुरक्षा मापदण्ड पालना गर्ने

  4. खाद्य सामग्रीको गुणस्तर जाँच गर्ने र सही तरिकाले भण्डारण गर्ने

  5. आवश्यक परेमा मेनु अनुसार नयाँ परिकार विकास गर्ने

  6. किचनका अन्य कर्मचारीसँग समन्वय गरी काम गर्ने

  7. कामको दबाबमा पनि समयमै अर्डर तयार गर्ने

  8. किचन उपकरणहरूको सही प्रयोग र मर्मतसम्भार गर्ने
