एक अनुभवी र बहुप्रकारका परिकार बनाउन सक्ने कुकको खोजी भइरहेको छ, जसले नेपाली, भारतीय, चिनियाँ, कन्टिनेन्टल लगायतका परिकार बनाउन सक्ने क्षमता राख्छन्। यस पदमा रहने व्यक्तिले भान्साको सम्पूर्ण कार्य सञ्चालन, सरसफाइ, सामग्रीको तयारी, खाना पकाउने र टिम वर्कमा योगदान दिने जिम्मेवारी लिनेछ।

मुख्य जिम्मेवारीहरू:

  1. नेपाली, भारतीय, चिनियाँ, कन्टिनेन्टल खाना पकाउन

  2. मेनु अनुसार परिकार तयारी गर्नु र खाना समयमै परोस्न तयार गर्न

  3. सामग्रीहरूको तयारी (cutting, marination, pre-cooking preparation) गर्न

  4. भान्सामा सरसफाइ र हाइजिन मापदण्ड पालना गर्न

  5. खाद्य सुरक्षा नियमहरूको पालना गर्न

  6. आवश्यक परेको बेला अन्य किचन स्टाफलाई सहयोग गर्न

  7. स्टक र इन्वेन्ट्री व्यवस्थापनमा सहयोग गर्न

    Note: DutyHours = 10 hours+ Over Time
