Job Description

  • विभिन्न परिकारहरू (नेपाली, भारतीय, तन्दुरी) स्वाद अनुसार बनाउने।

  • तन्दुरी आइटमहरू जस्तै तन्दुरी चिकेन, तिका, कबाब आदि दक्षतापूर्वक तयारी र पकाउने।

  • नान, रोटी, कुल्चा लगायतका ब्रेड आइटमहरू तन्दुरमा सही तापक्रममा पकाउने।

  • किचनको स्वच्छता, सरसफाइ र सफ्टि स्टान्डर्ड पालन गर्ने।

  • सामग्रीको तयारी (cutting, marination, dough making) समयमै पूरा गर्ने।

  • दैनिक किचन सञ्चालनमा शेफलाई सहयोग गर्ने र कार्य व्यवस्थापन गर्ने।

  • खाना बनाउँदा न्यूनतम बर्बादी गर्ने र स्टक व्यवस्थापनमा सहयोग गर्ने।

  • व्यस्त समयमा छिटो, सफा र गुणस्तरीय खाना प्रदान गर्ने।
