नेपाली, इन्डियन, चाइनिज तथा कन्टिनेन्टल खाना तयार गर्न सक्ने
मेनु अनुसार खाना समयमै र गुणस्तरीय रूपमा पकाउने
किचनको सरसफाइ, हाइजिन र सेफ्टी स्ट्यान्डर्ड पालना गर्ने
सामग्रीको स्टक व्यवस्थापन र आवश्यक परेमा खरिद सूची तयार गर्ने
अर्डर अनुसार खाना प्रस्तुत गर्ने र प्लेटिङमा ध्यान दिने
किचन टिमसँग समन्वय गरेर काम गर्ने
खाना पकाउने उपकरण र भाँडाकुँडा सफा र सुरक्षित राख्ने
व्यवस्थापनबाट दिएको अन्य किचनसम्बन्धी कामहरू पूरा गर्ने
