Job Description

  1. Prepare and cook dishes from Nepali, Indian, and Continental cuisines.

  2. Handle multiple kitchen sections efficiently during service hours.

  3. Assist in menu preparation, food plating, and presentation.

  4. Ensure food quality, taste, and consistency as per standards.

  5. Follow proper food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.

  6. Manage food preparation, mise-en-place, and storage (FIFO method).

  7. Minimize food wastage and support basic inventory control.

  8. Coordinate with team members and support junior kitchen staff.

  9. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas.
