Job Description

  1. विभिन्न कुजिन (नेपाली, इन्डियन, चाइनिज, कन्टिनेन्टल आदि) का परिकार तयार गर्नु।

  2. दैनिक फूड प्रोडक्सन, तयारी र प्रेजेन्टेसनमा सक्रिय भूमिका निर्वाह गर्नु।

  3. Executive Chef र Sous Chef को निर्देशन अनुसार काम गर्नु।

  4. लाइभ किचन तथा उच्च भोल्युम अर्डरको व्यवस्थापन गर्नु।

  5. फूड हाइजिन, सेफ्टी र किचन मापदण्डहरूको पालन गर्नु।

  6. किचन उपकरण, कच्चा पदार्थ र इनभेन्ट्रीको उचित प्रयोग सुनिश्चित गर्नु।

  7. इभेन्ट, बैंक्वेट र विशेष कार्यक्रममा फूड तयारीमा सहयोग गर्नु।

  8. नयाँ मेनु आइटम तयार गर्न तथा प्रेजेन्टेसनमा योगदान गर्नु।
