Job Description

  1. Prior experience as a cook or kitchen assistant (preferred but not mandatory

  2. Ability to prepare clean, healthy meals suitable for both adults and children.

  3. Strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices.

  4. Ability to manage a kitchen independently with minimal supervision.

  5. Good communication and warm, polite manner with guests.

  6. Prepare nutritious, fresh, and clean meals for daily visitors.

  7. Cook simple, healthy meals especially suitable for children.

  8. Plan menus based on availability of fresh produce, including farm ingredients where possible.

  9. Maintain consistency in taste, portion sizes, and quality.
