Job Description

  • नेपाली, भारतीय, चिनियाँ तथा कन्टिनेन्टल खाना बनाउन सक्ने क्षमता हुन

  • खानाको गुणस्तर, स्वाद, र प्रस्तुतीकरणमा ध्यान दिन सक्न

  • किचन सफा र व्यवस्थित राख्ने र हाइजिनको पालना गर्न

  • खाना पकाउने पूर्वतयारी (Preparation) गर्न सक्षम हुन

  • सामानको स्टक व्यवस्थापन तथा आवश्यक सामग्रीहरूको सूची बनाउन सक्न

  • रसोईघरमा काम गर्ने अरू स्टाफहरूसँग मिलेर टीमवर्कमा काम गर्न सक्न

  • होटल वा रेस्टुरेन्टमा पहिले काम गरेको अनुभव हुन

  • दिउँसो वा राति जुनसुकै पालोमा काम गर्न तयार हुन

  • ग्राहकको प्रतिक्रिया अनुसार खाना परिमार्जन गर्न सक्ने लचिलोपन हुन
