  1. सबै प्रकारका खाना बनाउन सक्ने क्षमता हुनु पर्ने (नेपाली, भारतीय, चाइनिज, आदि)

  2. भान्सा सफा राख्न सक्ने र सरसफाइमा ध्यान दिन

  3. खानाका सामग्रीहरू व्यवस्थापन गर्ने र समयमै तयारी गर्न

  4. ग्राहकको अर्डर अनुसार छिटो र स्वादिलो खाना बनाउन सक्न

  5. खानाको गुणस्तर र हाइजिन मापदण्ड पालना गर्न

  6. राम्रो टिमवर्क गर्ने र अन्य स्टाफसँग सहकार्य गर्न सक्न

  7. मेनु अनुसार नयाँ आइटम बनाउन सक्ने सुझाव दिन

  8. काममा इमान्दार, समयपालक र दबावमा पनि काम गर्न सक्न
