  1. विभिन्न प्रकारका खाना तयार गर्ने र मेनु अनुसार पकाउने

  2. भान्सामा सामग्रीहरूको तयारी र सफाइ गर्ने

  3. ग्राहकको आदेश अनुसार विशेष व्यंजन तयार गर्ने

  4. भान्सामा खाद्य सामग्रीहरूको स्टोक र इन्वेन्ट्री व्यवस्थापन गर्ने

  5. खाना पकाउने उपकरणहरूको सफाइ र देखभाल गर्ने

  6. उच्च स्तरको खाना पकाउने गुणस्तर सुनिश्चित गर्ने

  7. भान्सामा अन्य स्टाफसँग मिलेर काम गर्ने

  8. विशेष आवश्यकता अनुसार नयाँ व्यंजन तयार गर्ने र परिक्षण गर्ने
