  1. खाना तयारी: मेनु अनुसार स्वादिष्ट र गुणस्तरीय खाना तयार गर्ने

  2. स्वच्छता: किचन र खाना तयारी क्षेत्रमा सफाई र व्यवस्था कायम रख्ने

  3. सामग्री व्यवस्थापन: सामाग्रीको आपूर्ति र स्टोकलाई अनुगमन गर्ने

  4. सुरक्षा र स्वास्थ्य मापदण्ड: किचनमा काम गर्दा स्वास्थ्य र सुरक्षा मापदण्डको पालना गर्ने

  5. टीम व्यवस्थापन: किचनका सहकर्मीलाई समन्वय गरेर काम गर्नु र उनीहरूको कामको निगरानी गर्ने

  6. मेनु विकास: नयाँ परिकार र स्वादको विकासमा मद्दत पुराउने

  7. ग्राहक सेवा: ग्राहकको आवश्यकता र प्राथमिकता अनुसार खाना तयार गर्नु र सेवा गर्ने
