An All-Rounder Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes across different kitchen sections.
Preparation of food, cooking, and presentation while maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
The cook must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, work efficiently during peak hours, and collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
The role requires versatility in cooking techniques, knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards, and the ability to adapt to different kitchen tasks as needed.
The cook assists in inventory management, menu planning, and ensuring that kitchen tools and equipment are properly maintained.
जिम्मेवारीहरू:
खाना तयारी र पकाउनु: विभिन्न खण्डहरूमा भिन्न-भिन्न परिकार तयार गर्नु, पकाउनु र प्रस्तुत गर्नु।
खाना तयार गर्ने र पकाउने: खाना पकाउने प्रक्रियामा उच्च गुणस्तर र सफाइ कायम राख्नु।
समय व्यवस्थापन: सेवा समयमा खाना समयमा तयार गर्नु र राम्रोसँग व्यवस्थापन गर्नु।
सामग्री व्यवस्थापन: भाँडाकुँडा र सामग्रीको व्यवस्थापन गर्नु, स्टक र अर्डरको निगरानी राख्नु।
सफा राख्ने र संगठन: भान्साको क्षेत्र सफा राख्नु र स्वच्छता सुनिश्चित गर्नु।
सहकार्य र संचार: अन्य भान्साका कर्मचारी र सेवा टोलीसँग समन्वय गरेर राम्रो संचालन गर्नु।
