Job Description

  1. Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.

  2. Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and service.

  3. Follow proper hygiene, food handling, and safety procedures at all times.

  4. Ensure food is prepared and presented to high standards of quality and consistency.

  5. Create, modify, and present menus and special dishes as needed.

  6. Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and menu standards.

  7. Follow food safety procedures including proper storage and handling of food.

  8. Ensure a continuous supply of clean dishes for food preparation and serving.
