Job Description

  1. ग्राहकको इच्छा अनुसार र अतिथिको आगमन अघि खानाहरू तयार गर्ने

  2. एलर्जी वा स्वस्थिय प्रति चिन्ता भएका अतिथिहरूलाई खाना बनाउदा ध्यान पुर्याएर बनाउने

  3. मौसमी सामग्रीहरूको उपलब्धतालाई ध्यानमा राखेर खानाको योजना बनाउने

  4. खाना बनाउदा प्रयोग हुने सामग्रीको गुणस्तर जाँच गर्ने

  5. कती खाना पकाउदा ठीक्क हुन्छ अनुमान लगाउने

  6. ग्राहकको प्राथमिकतामा आधारित खानाको व्यवस्था र सजावट गर्ने

  7. ब्लेंडर, ओभन वा मिक्सर जस्ता विभिन्न भान्साका उपकरणहरू चलाउन जान्ने

  8. खाना बनाउनुअघि आफ्नो सरसफाइमा ध्यान दिने

  9. भान्साकोठामा सफा र व्यवस्थित वातावरण बनाउने

  10. सबै खाद्यान्न र अन्य वस्तुहरू ठीकसँग भण्डार गरिएको छ भनेर सुनिश्चित गर्ने

  11. नेपाली खाना , मोमो, चाउमिन, रोटि, नान लगायत विभिन्न खानको परिकार बनाउनु पर्ने

  12. काम गर्ने वातावरण राम्रो बनाउनकोलागि सहकर्मीसँग राम्रो सम्बन्ध बनाउने

रेसोर्ट मातातिर्थाको माथिल्लो भागमा, शान्त जङ्गल क्षेत्रभित्र अवस्थित छ।

खाना प्रमुख रूपमा ब्रेकफास्ट, लन्च र डिनरको समयमा २०–२५ जनासम्मको लागि शाकाहारी परिकारहरू बफे रूपमा बनाउनुपर्ने हुन्छ।
