  • रेस्टुरेन्टको भित्री र बाहिरी परिसर सधैं सफा र व्यवस्थित राख्ने

  • सबै भाँडा–कुडा, प्लेट, गिलास र भान्साका सामान राम्ररी धुने र सुकाउने

  • किचन, स्टोर, टेबल, कुर्सी तथा फर्स नियमित रूपमा सफा गर्ने

  • फोहोर व्यवस्थापन गर्ने र डस्टबिन समयमै खाली गर्ने

  • सरसफाइका सामग्रीहरू सुरक्षित र सही तरिकाले प्रयोग गर्ने

  • सरसफाइ सम्बन्धी स्वास्थ्य तथा सुरक्षा नियमहरू पालना गर्ने

  • आवश्यक परेमा भान्सामा सामान्य सहयोग गर्ने
