Job Description
  1. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, and managingcalendars.

  2. Student Support: Assist with admissions, enrollment, and answering student inquiries about courses, schedules, and policies.

  3. Documentation: Assist in filing, scanning, formatting documents, presentations, reports and other correspondence.

  4. Communication: Serve as a liaison of contact for between faculty, staff, students, visitors and external stakeholders.

  5. Data Management: Maintain accurate digital and physical records of calls, meetings and appointments.

  6. Collaboration: Work closely with faculty, staff, and external partners to ensure the smooth operation of programs and initiatives.

  7. Problem-Solving: Identify and address emerging issues that arise within the office, developing effective solutions to ensure continuous improvement.
