1. Ensures a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards.
2. Manages the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
3. Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
4. Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
5. Manage schedules and deadlines
6. Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
7. Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation and prepare reports
8. Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
9. Supervise the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
10. Develop, review and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
11. Ensure the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained.
12. Plan, schedule, and promote office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
13. Collect, organize, and store information using computers and filing systems
14. Oversee special projects and tracking progress towards company goals
15. Supervise Front desk employee, Canteen, Security guard, driver alignment and Housekeeping
16. Monitor and manage all kitchen and other office supplies
17. Respond to Internal Admin Requisitions and petty-cash management

B. Basic Procurement Responsibilities
1. Procurement listing, Order receive and placement , product count and verify
2. Monitor ERP Admin Billing entries
3. Follow up and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
4. Review existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility.
5. Build and maintain long-term relationships with national and international vendors and suppliers.
6. Approve purchase orders and organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services.
7. Control the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
8. Oversee and manage the IT systems that track shipments, inventory, and the supply of goods.
9. Collect Quotation and prepare procurement reports.
