Job Description

· Oversee and coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to

company policies.

· Oversee and validate timely renewal of all the office contracts/agreements and other related

documents.

· Ensuring compliances with the terms of contracts/agreements.

· Responsible for office procurement and negotiating with vendors of procurement and leasing,

purchasing supplies.

· Manage and update petty cash and vendor listing.

· Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.

· Prepare and handle bank guarantee related task.

· Oversee and validate local purchase bills and assist with processing vendor’s payment.

· Oversee and validate inventory and stock on regular basis.

· Timely update and manage all the task related to insurance, office bills payment.

· Oversee movement of documents and products to and from the destination.

· Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email and in-person.

· Perform basic office tasks, such as filing, record keeping, answering phone calls, processing the

mail, etc.

· Prepare minute and other official letters/documents as and when needed.

· Support in daily cash collection and cheque handover to finance unit and process for deposit.

· Support in billing process of new device, renewal bill and support bill.

· Support in store release on the basis of store release mail.

· Maintain and submit Daily/Weekly/Monthly Report to the supervisor.

· Provide necessary support to Admin Department in case of absence.

· Provide necessary support and required information to other departments as and when required.
