Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.

  2. Manage scheduling, appointments, and meetings.

  3. Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.

  4. Provide support to other departments as needed.

  5.   Scanning of documents, preparing excel sheet

  6.    Collection of documents with candidates

  7.    Follow up with candidates / PRO

  8.    Follow all the instruction from Admin officer / Senior

    Note: Working Hours:  10AM- 6 PM

    Facilities: Accommodation can be consider

    Working Days:  6 days
