Job Description
  1. Administrative Support:

    1. Answer and direct phone calls.

    2. Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.

    3. Maintain contact lists.

    4. Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.

    5. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

    6. Develop and maintain a filing system.

    7. Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.

    8. Book travel arrangements.

  2. Documentation and Record Keeping:

    1. Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.

    2. Update and maintain office policies and procedures.

  3. Communication:

    1. Greet and assist visitors.

    2. Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.

    3. Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.

  4. Project Management:

    1. Assist in the coordination of company events and meetings.

    2. Support the implementation of new office procedures and other projects as needed.

  5. Technical Skills:

    1. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

    2. Ability to use office equipment, such as photocopiers and fax machines.

    3. Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
