Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain accurate books of accounts and daily accounting entries

2. Record and verify all transactions including purchases, sales, expenses & receipts

3. Maintain cash book, bank book, and perform regular bank reconciliations

4. Prepare and manage vouchers, invoices, bills, and supporting documents

5. Assist in preparation and filing of VAT returns, TDS statements, and others.

6. Maintain proper documentation for audits and internal verification

7. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities

8. Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable

9. Coordinate with suppliers and customers for accounts-related matters

10. Maintain inventory and stock-related accounting records

11. Support senior accountant and management with financial reports

12. Perform any other accounting or finance-related duties as assigned by management

    Note:

    Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

    Working Days: 6 days per week

    Prior experience is preferred; however, fresh graduates may also apply!
