Independently manage the complete accounting process of the production company, ensuring accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
Handle Tally and other accounting software, including ledger maintenance, journal entries, vouchers, bank reconciliation, and financial data management.
Manage sales billing, purchase entries, invoices, receipts, payments, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Maintain and monitor production-related accounts, including raw materials, WIP, finished goods, stock movement, production costs, wastage, and inventory reconciliation.
Prepare and manage financial statements, monthly reports, profit & loss statements, balance sheets, cash-flow statements, and other management reports.
Handle purchase and supplier accounts, including purchase orders, invoices, supplier reconciliation, payments, and outstanding balances.
Coordinate and assist with internal and external audits, ensuring proper documentation, reconciliation, compliance, and timely submission of required records.
Take full responsibility for day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring all records, bills, statements, reports, and financial documents are properly maintained and submitted to management on time.
Note:
Duty Hour: 8 AM - 5 PM
Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
The selected candidate must be capable of independently handling all accounting and financial activities of the company, including Tally, billing, purchases, production accounts, auditing, and financial statements, with minimal supervision.
