Job Description

  1. Maintain accurate financial records, including daily transactions, sales, expenses, and payroll related to hotel/restaurant operations.

  2. Prepare financial statements such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.

  3. Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments to vendors and collection from clients.

  4. Monitor and control budgets, helping to reduce costs and improve financial efficiency in the hospitality business.

  5. Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial records are accurate and up to date.

  6. Handle tax filings and compliance with local financial regulations and hospitality industry standards.

  7. Coordinate with management for financial planning, forecasting, and decision-making support.

  8. Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all financial transactions.

Note: Duty hours: 8 hours per day.
