As per company rulePrepare and maintain accurate financial records, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports for the restaurant.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and ownership, ensuring timely and accurate financial information.
Reconcile restaurant bank accounts and credit card accounts regularly to ensure accuracy.
Manage accounts payable, ensuring that vendor invoices are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
Maintain customer accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of outstanding balances.
