Job Description
  1. Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions

  2. Prepare invoices, bills, and follow up on payments

  3. Assist in preparing financial reports and statements

  4. Perform bank reconciliations and track expenses

  5. Maintain proper filing of financial and administrative documents

  6. Handle front desk operations and welcome visitors professionally

  7. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly

  8. Manage incoming and outgoing mails and correspondence

  9. Maintain visitor records and reception area organization

  10. Use accounting software and MS Office for daily tasks

  11. Provide basic IT support and maintain digital records

  12. Assist in social media updates and basic marketing activities

  13. Support promotional campaigns and client communication

  14. Coordinate with team members for administrative support

  15. Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations

Duty Hours:

  • 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
