Job Description

  1. Install and commission Single Split AC, VRV/VRF systems, AHUs, FCUs, and central AC units according to project plans.

  2. Repair and Maintaince of both single split and Central AC

  3. Perform piping, brazing, insulation, refrigerant charging, vacuuming, and leak testing with precision.

  4. Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.

  5. Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults in air conditioning equipment.

  6. Monitor refrigerant levels, compressors, motors, control systems, sensors, and PCB boards.

  7. Maintain detailed maintenance and service logs following safety and quality standards.

  8. Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and contractors during installation and troubleshooting.

  9. Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations for HVAC operations.

  • प्रोजेक्ट योजनाअनुसार सिंगल स्प्लिट AC, VRV/VRF सिस्टम, AHU, FCU, र सेन्ट्रल AC युनिटहरूको स्थापना र कमिसन गर्नु।

  • सिंगल स्प्लिट र सेन्ट्रल AC दुबैको मर्मत र रखरखाव गर्नु।

  • पाइपिङ, ब्रेजिङ, इन्सुलेसन, रेफ्रिजरेंट चार्जिङ, भ्याकुमिङ, र लीक टेस्टिङ सटीक तरिकाले सम्पन्न गर्नु।

  • HVAC प्रणालीहरूको नियमित (प्रिभेन्टिभ) र सुधारात्मक (करेक्टिभ) मर्मत गर्दै प्रणालीको उत्तम प्रदर्शन सुनिश्चित गर्नु।

  • एयर कन्डिसनिङ उपकरणमा मेकानिकल र इलेक्ट्रिकल समस्या पत्ता लगाएर मर्मत गर्नु।

  • रेफ्रिजरेंट स्तर, कम्प्रेसर, मोटर, कन्ट्रोल सिस्टम, सेन्सर, र PCB बोर्डहरूको निगरानी गर्नु।

  • सुरक्षा र गुणस्तर मापदण्ड अनुसार विस्तृत मर्मत र सेवा अभिलेख राख्नु।

  • इन्जिनियर, सुपरभाइजर, र कन्ट्र्याक्टरहरूसँग सहकार्य गर्दै स्थापना र समस्यासँग सम्बन्धित काम गर्नु।

  • HVAC अपरेशनको लागि वातावरणीय र सुरक्षा नियमको पालन सुनिश्चित गर्नु।
